We will have a short meeting at 6:00 p.m. to talk about meets, swim/dive team requirements, fees, etc. Please plan to attend! Let me know if you have any questions.

All students are required to have a physical before participating in High School Sports. Dr. Randle Middleton will be performing the physicals at his office on Monday night at 5:00 p.m. for a cost of $10.00. Arrive at 5:00 p.m. and the physicals will be completed in time to attend the meeting at 6:00 p.m. YOU MUST ARRIVE AT HIS OFFICE NO LATER THAN 5:15 P.M.

Forms will be available at Dr. Middleton's office and must be signed by a parent or guardian, or you can access them here and print them off and complete before going to the office.
